Set message
Store your company details and inquiry body in an input profile. Variables in the body are replaced with each company’s own values at send time.

Start sending
Choose only targets whose test writes are done, then send now or schedule any time from 5 minutes to 30 days out. You can cancel a schedule until it runs.

Check results
Every target keeps before-and-after screenshots. Failures show the reason in your language, and the credit for that send is refunded.
Sends that shouldn’t happen are stopped before they do
Right before each send, we check these rules in order. If any rule matches, automatic submission stops. Filtered targets stay in the log with the reason, without using credits.
SkippedNo-solicitation wording
If the page carries rejection wording such as 「営業お断り」, “영업 목적 문의 금지”, or “no sales solicitation”, we don’t send. You can add more banned phrases per campaign.
SkippedDuplicate domain · already-sent URL
Within the same campaign, we never send to the same company twice. Domains on your exclusion list are skipped too.
Needs reviewLogin · password · file upload · payment fields
Forms that need a login, password, file upload, or payment are never auto-submitted—they’re left for a person to review. Items blocked by authentication like reCAPTCHA keep their reason and aren’t charged.

01Does the inquiry sending feature affect my PC?
No. All sending tasks are processed on AxiSend's servers, so they do not affect your PC. You can safely close the page while a send is in progress.
02Can a send fail?
A send can fail. However, before sending, AxiSend uses its technology to validate target URLs. Validation may take some time. URLs that pass validation have an approximately 95% send success rate. Currently, about 30% of all URLs pass validation, and we are improving this rate every day.
03Can I try it for free?
Yes. When you create your first workspace, we provide free credits that you can use to discover company information and send inquiries. You will receive enough to thoroughly test the service.
04Can I add images to an inquiry form?
Yes. You can add image URLs and configure information that varies by company. When sending, AxiSend substitutes the appropriate information for each company.
05Did you collect company information through illegal means?
No. We collect only publicly available information, so you can use the service with confidence.
